Philippines 1233

     The Philippines issued two stamps with the same design to mark the Asian Pediatric Conference in 1974. It features a map of the Indian Ocean and the Western Pacific with outline maps of the various islands in white, and the Philippines in red. At the top of the stamp is the “Emblem of the Philippine Pediatric Society 1947” in red, and on the left side the legend, “Towards Optimum Health for Asian Children.”
