The three airmail stamps issued by Lebanon in 1961 are identified in
the Scott catalog as “Pres. Chelab and Map of Lebanon.” The map is an

and identified with Arabic inscriptions. The three cities on the coast
are (top to bottom) Tripoli, Beirut, and Sidon, the one east of Beirut
is probably Zahlah. The mountains are the Lebanon mountains. From top
to bottom the rivers are: Nahr al Kabir, Nahr Jaouzi, Nahr Ibrahim,
unidentified, Nahr Awwali, and Narh Litani. The red area in the lower
left is Syria.
